Seems a new trend this year is various towns making it officially illegal, with possible fines or jail time, for kids over twelve years old to go Trick-or-Treating.

First of all you can’t tell by looking if a given kid is exactly twelve and under. They can be anywhere from ten to fifteen and look alike.

Second, why do I suspect that this just gives people a new excuse to call the cops on kids they “don’t like the look of”

Hey, Ruby! How well do you get along with Bonnie and the others? Alice?

one-lucky-clover:

Ruby: I like to think I can get along with most anyone.
Ruby: After all, we all need a place we can feel at home, don’t we?

i found the weirdest yt channel like its not even really weird but im just???

but anyway some girl has spend years animating a show with her furry ocs set in a western universe with hints of?? native american and aztec mythology as well as like bits of others but not really cause theres a rabbit who wears a fuckin sailor outfit and i cant follow the plot at all and theres a crane called ichabod bc subtle

its fucking me up bc theres so much effort in it but its so haphazard

i actually love this

Okay, but for this to be animated by one person is fucking AMAZING because we have indie animated projects started and shattered by full teams that don’t even have this much flow.

Youtube is weird because sometimes you find amazing art projects buried in it’s annuals that defy explanation due to their quality and the fact they never went viral.

To watch

I reblogged this last night, but I’m gonna reblog again for the morning crowd.
I watched every episode last night and let me tell you, I absolutely adore this show. The animation is nice and I actually really enjoy the plot that it has. It uses a very nice mix of American mythology and folklore to create a fascinating world that I find very interesting. Also, I find all of the characters absolutely enjoyable.
My favorite part has to be the fact that the rivaling towns are called Hatfeild and McCoy, and for those who don’t know those are two long standing rivaling families from West Virginia and Kentucky, something I know a lot about because my family comes from West Virginia.
