I really really love the way you draw Wilson with those arm sock things, they look really comfortable? Are they gloves? Or a long shirt thing?

Oh boy, where do I start with this. Officially, I don’t think any one really knows if it’s gloves, long sleeves, a hairy arm, etc., because Klei (bless them) has some inconsistencies in the promo/official art as well as the animation. Just take a look.

In my own personal portrayal of Wilson (and much of the fandoms too), he has long sleeve, fingerless gloves that stop a few inches above his elbow, always worn under his shirt. Elastic and soft material for him to do as much science as he please…but only gives basic protection against roughing up his palms.

*smooch* Edit: @riathedragongirl says that officially it is not gloves but one of the Klei devs headcanon Wilson to have gloves and be a bit of a germaphobe! Ty Ria for the additional info~
